Tadalafil

Tadalafil gehört zur Klasse der Phosphodiesterase-5-Hemmer (PDE-5-Hemmer) und wird zur Behandlung der erektilen Dysfunktion (ED) sowie der benignen Prostatahyperplasie (BPH) eingesetzt. Es verbessert die Durchblutung, indem es die Blutgefäße entspannt, wodurch eine langanhaltende Wirkung erzielt wird – bis zu 36 Stunden. Aufgrund dieser langen Wirkungsdauer wird Tadalafil oft als „Wochenendpille“ bezeichnet. Das Medikament ist in verschiedenen Dosierungen erhältlich und sollte nur nach ärztlicher Empfehlung eingenommen werden, da es Wechselwirkungen mit anderen Medikamenten haben kann.
